If you are a member of HSV you can have the opportunity to join HSV's Events and Tournaments. However, if there is an on going event. You need to wait for the next season or for the next events.

DOES HSV HAVE ANY RANK REQUIREMENTS?

No , HSV is a Philippine based Valorant Gaming Community that do not have any rank requirements at all.
